Choose a combination with period bikini bottoms if swimming lessons or holidays are part of their routine. The kit then contains three everyday Heavy Flow pairs and one dedicated swimming pair.
Tip: Let your teen help choose the shape they feel comfortable wearing. Choose their size by measurements rather than age.
Choose the right size using the size guide and adjust changing times to her flow; protection time varies from person to person.
Rinse: Rinse under cold water immediately after use until the water runs clear.
Wash: Machine wash at 30°C max with similar colours (do not use fabric softener or bleach).
