Measure around the natural waist and the fullest part of the hips. Check the measurements for both the Heavy Flow style and the fourth pair in your chosen combination.

1. Rinse: Rinse under cold water immediately after use until the water runs clear.

2. Wash: Machine wash at 30°C max with similar colours (do not use fabric softener or bleach).

3. Dry: Line dry or tumble dry.(Follow the care label for each garment. Different styles in your kit can have different drying instructions.

This gives your teen four everyday pairs to rotate between wearing and washing. Pack a spare for school or days out and plan changes around their flow.

For school & everyday plans

Choose a combination with Medium Flow Seamless pants if you want four pairs for everyday wear. The two absorbency levels give your teen options as their flow changes.

For a teen who swims

Choose a combination with period bikini bottoms if swimming lessons or holidays are part of their routine. The kit then contains three everyday Heavy Flow pairs and one dedicated swimming pair.

Tip: Let your teen help choose the shape they feel comfortable wearing. Choose their size by measurements rather than age.

Choose the right size using the size guide and adjust changing times to her flow; protection time varies from person to person.

1. Heavy Flow · Up to 35 ml - The three Heavy Flow pairs offer more capacity for heavier days or nights, with changes to suit your teen's flow.

2. Medium Flow · Up to 25 ml - An everyday option when this capacity meets their needs between changes. Included in the Medium Flow combinations.

3. Period bikini · Up to 15 ml - Designed for swimming on light to medium flow days. Included in the swimming combinations; everyday period pants are different products.

Absorbency is a capacity limit, not a guaranteed number of hours. Check regularly and change when needed.
