With our one day shipping policy, your purchase will be with our local courier within a day of purchase.
We will email you the tracking number and expected delivery date.

RETURNS INFORMATION

​You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund

Once received, it can take up to 10 days for your order to be processed by the warehouse

Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show in your account
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition. Customer hygiene and safety is paramount, pants can only be returned if the tamper resistance seal is intact.
We are unable to offer a refund or replacement on items that are not re-saleable and reserve the right to not return non-compliant returns for health & safety purpose.
* We do not like surprises in returned items, so ensure to try the pants for fitting with the seal still on.

How to return an item

When you receive the package, our return address slip is included in the packaging

Simply repackage the item, attach the return address then send through your nearest post office

You will be required to pay the return shipping cost

We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey

Please keep your proof of return until the refund has been processed as it may be required
