•  ​You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund

• Once received, it can take up to 3 days for your order to be processed by the warehouse

• Refunds can take up to 3 working days to show in your account

 For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging/seals intact.

We are unable to offer a refund or replacement on items that are not re-saleable and reserve the right to not return non-compliant returns for health & safety purpose.

How to return an item

 

• Initiate a return by contacting our hello@libertyunderwear.co.uk team

• When you receive the package, our return address slip is included in the packaging

• Simply repackage the item, attach the return address then send through your nearest post office

• You will be required to pay the return shipping cost

 

Responsibility

• We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey

• Please keep your proof of return until the refund has been processed as it may be required

• Please note that we do not accept returns of personalised products

 

We do not accept returns after the applicable return period above.
