SHIPPING

With our one day shipping policy, your purchase will be with our local courier within a day of purchase. 

We will email you the tracking number and expected delivery date.

We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on purchases above £60.00 

RETURNS INFORMATION

  •  ​You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund

  • Once received, it can take up to 10 days for your order to be processed by the warehouse

  • Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show in your account

 

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition. Customer hygiene and safety is paramount, pants can only be returned if the tamper resistance seal is intact.

We are unable to offer a refund or replacement on items that are not re-saleable and reserve the right to not return non-compliant returns for health & safety purpose. 

 

* We do not like surprises in returned items, so ensure to try the pants for fitting with the seal still on.

 

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our hello@libertyunderwear.co.uk team in the first instance.

 

How to return an item

 

  • Initiate a return by contacting our hello@libertyunderwear.co.uk team

  • When you receive the package, our return address slip is included in the packaging

  • Simply repackage the item, attach the return address then send through your nearest post office

  • You will be required to pay the return shipping cost

 

Responsibility

  • We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey

  • Please keep your proof of return until the refund has been processed as it may be required

  • Please note that we do not accept returns of personalised products

 

We do not accept returns after the applicable return period above.

 

*Please note that we reserve the right not to accept orders from customers with unusual or suspicious returns behaviour.
