GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by Liberty Underwear (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Gift Cards
1.1 Gift Cards are issued in digital form only and are delivered by email.
1.2 Gift Cards are redeemable only at https://www.libertyunderwear.co.uk/.
1.3 Gift Cards are not credit, debit or charge cards.

2. Redemption
2.1 Gift Cards may be redeemed in full or part payment for eligible products sold by us online.
2.2 Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase further Gift Cards.
2.3 Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.
2.4 If the order total exceeds the balance of the Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

3. Validity
3.1 Gift Cards are valid for  24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Any unused balance will be forfeited on expiry and will not be refunded.

4. Balances
4.1 Gift Cards may be used multiple times until the balance is exhausted or the voucher expires.
 
5. Delivery
5.1 Digital Gift Cards are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
5.2 Responsibility for providing the correct email address rests with the purchaser.
5.3 We are not liable where a Gift Card is used or accessed by someone other than the intended recipient.

6. Risk and misuse
6.1 Gift Cards should be treated as cash.
6.2 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted or misused Gift Cards and they will not be replaced or refunded, except where required by law.
6.3 We reserve the right to cancel a Gift Card or refuse redemption if we reasonably suspect fraud, unlawful activity or breach of these Terms.

7. Refunds and cancellations
7.1 Gift Cards are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
7.2 Products purchased using a Gift Card are subject to our standard Returns Policy.
7.3 Where a refund is granted for an order paid for (in whole or in part) using a Gift Card, the refunded amount will be credited to a Gift Card.

8. VAT
8.1 VAT is applied in accordance with UK law.
8.2 Where a Gift Card is treated as a single-purpose voucher, VAT is accounted for at the point of sale.
 
9. Limitation of liability
9.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with a Gift Card, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
 

10. Amendments
10.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2 The Terms in force at the time of purchase will apply to the relevant Gift Card.
 

11. Governing law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with Gift Cards.
